Originally from Dallas, Texas, Heather is a 28 year old, motivated professional who demonstrates strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, and creative ability. Offering high quality cleaning services and household tasks, we are currently servicing the North Carolina/Georgia area. With ample cleaning experience and a proven record of transforming spaces to their fullest potential, we are dedicated to exceeding our client's expectations. GENERAL CLEANING
Regular service based on what best suits your schedule, whether on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Yearly contracts also offered for commercial cleanings. Because routine cleaning is more frequent, focus of the service is about upkeeping and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the space.
- Cleaning mirrors
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Sweeping, cleaning, or mopping floors
- Cleaning the kitchen – taking out the trash and cleaning all surfaces - dishes - etc
- Tidying up the house
- Removing cobwebs
- Wiping all surfaces including kitchen appliances and fixtures or house/elevator doors
- Cleaning the bathrooms – bath, toilet, sink, mirrors. floors
- Dusting
- Ceiling fans
- Etc
DEEP CLEANING
Deep cleaning focuses heavily on the bathroom and kitchen areas. This type of cleaning prioritizes eliminating grime and dirt in hard-to-reach places like stoves, ovens, appliances, bathtubs, sinks, grills, bookshelves, or inside cabinets.
- Dusting/ washing blinds
- Wiping down the inside of closets
- Cleaning inside of washer and dryer
- Deep cleaning of stove interiors, appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc
- Scrubbing baseboards
- Wiping down doors, doorknobs and door frames
- Cleaning out drawers and wiping down inside cabinets
- Wiping the inside of the fridge and freezer
- Spot cleaning walls (full wall washing is a project on its own)

MOVE OUT & MOVE IN CLEANING
Most move-in or move out cleaning services include deep cleaning tasks. Thorough cleanings will be done to ensure deposits are returned and or new tenants are extremely pleased with quality of results
EXTRA SERVICES
Please ask during booking to avoid
misunderstanding on what type of service is required. Please also mention any allergies to cleaning products prior to booking
- Window cleaning
- Laundry & changing bed linens. Dirty clothes washed, dried, folded and/or hung
- Re-stocking toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, soaps, dish washing liquid, sponges, etc
- Personal assistant or household tasks
- Babysitting (business owner has years of experience, CPR certified, and a strong resume in this field)
- Dog walking (business owner has raised 7 different pets and has owned her Siberian Husky for 8 years)
- Grocery shopping
THE CLEANING PROCESS:
- Connect via email/discovery call to discuss your personal needs, cleaning expectations + book a walk through
- Walk through + discussion of scope of work offered +rates + brief + determine mutual agreement
- (Commercial cleaning only) You will send over a contract or I will provide you with one. Both parties will review and sign it
- 100% of the total fee requested prior to cleaning (commercial cleanings will be invoiced on 1st of month).
- Final questions will be communicated: Will you be home or not home? Is there a code to get in or spare key? Are their children, nannies, or pets to be aware of? EXTRA fee for pets
- Cleaner sent to address at expected arrival time
- Cleaner will complete requirements and lock doors after leaving
- Cleaner will keep client informed of their arrival, departure, and any notable citings through visit
- Pictures will be taken after cleaning, should client need them for reference
- Your home, airbnb, workplace or facility.. is elevated, clean and energized :)
**Deep cleanings are highly suggested for initial or primary visit, then general cleanings afterwards. This ensures the space has the initial deep scrub down, prior to maintenance or "up-keep" visits**
